I purchased data addon and its not working
I restarted, re-tried connecting to network, turn off/on....nothing works

this solved it. wired all my devices showed 391.2 till refresh was hit

@gbokodi chexk if you have any data limit setup on your phone. It could be that stopped yiur use of data

@gbokodi hi you may have already used it ,there have been some issues with people viewing cached versions of account balances,delete cache and cookies or use a different browser in private or incognito mode reboot your device and sign back in to account see if it updates

Log in to your account and under Add-on Usage...click the refresh arrow to see if you have successfully added the data add-on. If not mentioned there....it wasn't added yet.

it say 391.2 MB left of data addon but I can't select it or use it....
