Communicating with customer service sometimes takes a number of back and forth messages and sometimes you're dealing with a couple different agents on the same matter.
Does this all count as data usage and get included in the data count?
I think I know the answer and if I'm right I gotta say, it's real wrong.

To clarify, I meant to say I don't think it's right that we should have to use our data to speak to customer service when we don't have Wi-Fi available to us. But hey at the same time, I think $15 is too much to have to pay for one GB anyway LOL.
But I'm not laughing.

Well certain circumstances for you to have to purchase extra data at $15 per GB. I don't think that's right. Just saying.

@messenabout unfortunately if you use Mobile data to check Community site, it counts towards your data usage. So, try to use WiFi as much as you can to save the data usage
