10 business days is 2 weeks. But it really depends on the supplier for Public Mobile. It seems out west it usually takes 5 business days if they are sent from the Calgary supplier. Out east sim cards tend to take up to 15 business days to be received. I'm not sure where they are shipped from?

Sorry to hear your problem.

I have a spare PM SIM card and you are welcome to it. My offer is free and shipping included. I live in Calgary.

Where are you located?  If you live in an urban city in Alberta.  If I drop it in the mail tomorrow(Wednesday), you will get it the next day Thursday.  If you live in rural town.  It may be longer.  If you live in an urban city in BC or SK, you will get it next Monday.  Send my a private message with your mailing address.  I will drop it off at a postal outlet before the Canada Post mail truck pickup time 4:30pm MT

UPDATE:

Hi eveyrone,

I do not recommend Public Mobile at all. The only positive point it has is having service in the subway which mostly you do not have that either. The customer service is terrible, i told them its literally more than two weeks that i have not received my order and they offered me to put another order and wait another 5-8 days for it to get delivered.

They do not even have any update or tracking number on the order either. The customer service told me he has to wait for 2-3 days for their inventory to reply them IF they have sent the order yet! Like every company should have an exclusive number to follow up these situations!

I really interested by the fact that they charge their customers first thing and how rude they are when you ask them for an update.

My whole life's schedule is messed up right now because i could not receive my order

What was the reply from CS Agent after creating a support ticket a few days ago?

You are talking to customers like yourself. PM staff does not follow up with request posted here.

Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days but some customers occasionally do experience longer delivery time.

Your SIM in a mail could be lost, stolen or whatever. Stuff happens.

You should wait a little bit longer.

Hi @ALIREZAAMINI PM sim card could take as many as 3 weeks to deliver.

Submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to check if they got the order and shipped.  Message them:
