See if there's a Telus retail outlet near you as they usually have the PM sims too. Then ask Customer Support for credit to your account for the added costs.

Yes, a Koodo sim card cannot be used for Public Mobile. You need to ask PM CS agent to re-send you a Public Mobile sim
