I never really had an issue with PM , till I moved too Brampton 4 days ago, I only get 1 bar of signal & that’s with me standing outside lmao , can this be fixed ? Ive been tryna use my data since my internet don’t come in the next week or so .. but I don’t know how I’m gonna survive with my signal like this. Nothing won’t load , nothing won’t send .
I even change my phone too see maybe it’s my phone , but no .. I put my SIM card in a iPhone 13 & it’s the same thing. I need help please.
we all know PM has the best prices I’m not tryna switch.

Sounds like you're in a poor Bell coverage area. Unfortunately not much you can do other than switch to Rogers or Freedom.
Check who has the closest tower to you:

Yeah I tried that , switching it from LTE to 3G , but unfortunately that didn’t work I got the same result ! I appreciate you replying back though. Imma see if there’s anything else I can do ! If you have anymore info let me know , god bless ya 🫡

@shaquan to add to what Chalupa_Batman has shared, have a look at the outage map and the Service status to see if there are any issues in your area:

If there are not outages and you have tried restarting your phone then I would reach out to a support agent through one of the links already shared.

Check here to see if towers in your area are down. https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages
Another option is to go into your network settings and turn off automatic and let your phone choose the closests useable tower. If you are still having issues, report it to be investigated.
