so you want to port in your phone number? are you existing PM customer ?
If you are, just lock in my account , go to profile page and click transfer phone number there

Can you alabriate what exactly you're trying to do or have done so far?
Do you have a Public Mobile SIM card? Did you download the app to sign up with Public Mobile? Are you trying to port that number over to Public Mobile? More details would be great.
