I was porting my phone number from Bell to Public Mobile. I didn't reply "YES" to the Bell mobility text message to confirm the port. I have been having intermittent service. According to Bell, the port has been cancelled by Public Mobile. I can still log into my Bell account and see my number there. And when I log into Public Mobile, it appears that my phone number is set up there as well. Bell told me to contact Public Mobile and have them redo the import. Then I have to phone Bell immediately and ask them for an override on the text message confirmation, as I no longer have my Bell SIM card. Please help!

As @Anonymous and @Triguy indicated, you need to contact a PM moderator by clicking on the SiMon chat button and ask to contact a moderator to help you complete your porting.
