Login to your account. What is the amount in your available fund on the overview page after login. If the available fund is equal or more than the fund you recharged yesterday, you have not reactivate your plan yet.
Please note that PM always ask for payment of full plan price without reward credit on reactivation. If the amount in the available fund is equal to or higher than your plan price, click on the "Reactivate current plan" link to get your phone working again.

@Samanjot Go into your self serve and check under "Change sim card" that the last 4 digits of the sim registered to your account match the last 4 of the actual sim in your phone.
