I guess youre asking how to do that:

Log in to your account and click the change plan button. Choose or build the plan you want, and then you have 2 options:

1. You can activate the plan Now, which will take effect immediately. You will lose the plan you are currently on, and any days that are left in it. It's a good option if you have already run out of data and there are only a few days left until your renewal date.
2. You can future-date your plan, which will allow you to continue with your current plan, and then on your regular renewal date it will switch to your new plan.

You can play with the custom plan builder to make a plan that meets your price requirements. 

Also don't forget about rewards. With enough rewards you can significantly drop the cost of your plan.
