my plan did not get switch over to the fall promo plan - please help

Issue: I had changed my phone plan to this 4GB / $40 plan promo two week ago. My current plan recently ends like 2-3 days ago; however, with my auto-pay renewal, the system did not update to the new 4GB / $40 plan promo. What should I do?
