I am going to Asia soon and I know I cannot receive international calls since PM doesn't support roaming in Asia so I want to know if I am in Asia, can I receive texts and can I text? Thanks
My brother received his SIM card a few days ago and he tried to Check his phone number eligibility but it says " the number you gave is invalid".Anyone experience this and what the solution is? Thanks
My friend ported his number and after that he tried to set up his voicemail (he uses iPhone) but every time he presses the voicemail button, it says failed. I had no problem with mine so I'm not sure how to help him get it fixed.
Today I refered my friend to join PM and after activating his account (which works), I checked my account and it doesn't show the referal bonus. Is it instant or do I have to wait a specific time? Thanks
Sorry to hear your frustration. Rest assured this is only happening because of the promo. Once the promo has ended it will go back to the way it was and your future questions and problems will be answered and resolved efficiently.

Hope you get it fixed soon. I know it's kind of tough for the mods since the promo started but they are trying to fix it asap. Once the promo is over, things will be faster.
