Hi, 

I got a number a while and I put it on my old phone but then I sold that phone and I got to cancel the number and now got charged on the number but I don’t even have access to it. Can you please email me or call me on my new number please? I need to cancel this asap

You should be able to login to the PM app and make changes. If not you can find a link and open a ticket with customer service.

@Harnoor_b10  No worries just ask support to remove the credit card on file right away so you won’t be charged again
