Hi, 

please help me activate my account. I have forgotten my password and the secret answer to the question.

You pick your own password and security question during the activation of a new SIM.

If you are trying to access your account after activation, only the CS_Agent can help you with this but they will need your email address, address, cell phone number etc.

If you cannot log in into your account due to lost password or secret answer, only agent can help you out.

Contact customer service agents. 

 

Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗" 

 

or send a private message to:

and describe your issue. Include your name,phone #, account #, Email address,4-digit PIN to speed up authentication process.

@RashidSaraji   did you mean you want to reactivate  your account with PM?

 

how long since the account was last paid?  if it was over 90 days, the account would have been closed.  

 

If you are certain it was within 90 days, open ticket with PM to get it reset:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

Do you mean activate a NEW service or reactivate an existing service?

 

If you require something that you forgot, contact the CSA's

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
