Hi,
I need my public mobile account number, I accidently clicked on new plan subscription and it keeps taking me back to browse new plans and doesn't allow me access to my account

Are you clicking on Login or Sign Up. You can click on Forgot Email or Password if this is the case.
Contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account. If you forgot your email ID or Password to get the 2FA code to login to your account.
