I have no data, talk or text. When I log into the app it automatically takes me to a support page. Nothing changed on my end so im very confused as to what could have happened. I have submitted two tickets and no one has got back to me. This couldn’t have happened at a worse time, i need my data to use gps so I can get to my location. Been sitting here for hours

@Logan333  definitely seems like a miscommunication somehow. @softech has escalated your issue so expect a reply in the am from PM.  The company works well and situations like yours seem to be very rare. Have faith

Public mobile is saying i havent paid. My credit card statements prove otherwise. I called my credit card company. They said you have accepted my money.  Public mobile is stating I haven’t paid for 2 months, completely false. Im on prepaid, if you miss your payments on prepaid, you’re cut off very quickly, you dont get to use the service for free for 2 months.

@Logan333  Please let us know what issues you are facing, and there is a great chance someone on this forum can help. This company runs on its subscribers to help each other. It’s the best customer self-service you will find.

Has anyone ever experienced worse customer service in their life? This company is an absolute joke. 6 days of issues and no one has made even the slightest attempt to help resolve the issue. It’s honestly pathetic

Some times it can take a while for them to respond. I had to wait 36 hours when I first signed up. That being said there hours are i believe 8am to 10pm est so if they have not responded yet you won't hear from them till tomorrow.

Why hasn’t customer service gotten back to me yet? It’s been 2 hours already. Seems a little sus. How can they just cut off my services with no warning or anything ive done.

or for eSIM, you can rebuy a new sim from PM app and it could fix the issue (Account page, click Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM)
