Could a customer service representative please help me close/delete my Community Account and all my personal data associated with it? Public Mobile's website says a customer service agent can do this: "For complete account deletion and removal of all personal information, you'll need to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents who can process this request for you. Visit My Account and use the support ticket system to request deletion of your Community Account and all associated personal data."
I have submitted about 5 tickets, as well as tried to personally message two customer service agents, and literally no one is responding to me. Could someone please have a heart, and help me?

It seems you've tried multiple times to get help. If you don't get the results you want, this is a last resort.
