If you move to a new network carrier and want to keep the same phone number(which is possible), you can give the number to your new career when registering while you have public mobile active. When the new carrier activates you on their network with the same number you have given, public mobile get deactivated. You can stop auto pay(subscribe) on public mobile off meantime.
If you don't care to keep the number and just want to deactivate, stop the "subscribe" (auto pay) on public mobile in your account. After 90 days of no payment, public mobile gets deactivated and the phone number also disappears.
Moreover, you can message to a PM in this platform by creating a ticket via chat button bottom right corner. Regardless of the issue, they can provide more info, if needed.

I have been with PM for 3 years and I’ve only contacted the CS_Agent a couple of times. They got back to me within a hour.
If you want to keep your number. Your account must be active. Your account will automatically cancel if your port your number to another carrier.

give us some idea why you want to leave Public Mobile. You have yet to post a question or told anyone what the initial problem is other than bad customer service. I would argue you actually got excellent customer service as your question was responded to within minutes of you posting it. Give us a chance to actually help before you leave ticked off.

@Vasan Bear in mind that if you are switching to another provider you need your Public Mobile account to remain active until the transfer has been done, unless you don't want to keep the same phone number. Once you port out your number to another carrier your Public Mobile account will be deactivated.

Service cancels automatically after your account goes into suspension for 90 days. To let it go in suspension disable autpay in your Public Mobile self serve account. You may wish to also use to chatbot to open a ticket and ask a customer support agent to remove the credit card from your account.
