This is a public form open to everyone, you may wish to refrain from posting personal information/ order #’s on this site.

 

Did you find a better price elsewhere for a phone?  

 

Be wary if buying privately and not from a trusted retailer.

 


Some private sellers end up making money off people who find out their phones may shortly thereafter become blacklisted and unusable as they were stolen devices being sold privately.

@allenzhangtiger   no worry, you have enough time to cancel.  And worst case, there is a 30 days refund for you to ship back.

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "CPO Phone", then click "Cancel Order", then click "Cancel my Order", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
