I'm unable to find a plan that I want to switch to in my account

Hello,

My children's accounts have a plan 5G 75Gb for Canada/US/Mexico in 35 CAD.

But I don't see a plan in my account and want to switch to

Please assist.

@guberm Yeah it's frustrating for sure. That's life though. It's a private business and they're free to operate it how they choose.

It's because you're on a $45 plan and Public Mobile doesn't provide a lot of options for dropping your spend. As a workaround you can change to that $30 plan effective immediately, and then you'll unlock the $35 option which you can schedule to change into at next renewal.

Just know that you won't get any credit for unused time in your current cycle, so depending on when your renewal date is you'll be throwing away $1.50/day until then. Probably worth it to save $10/month in the long run though.

plans available in each account could be different depending on your current plan cost. If you have a plan with higher cost, you likely won't be able to downgrade. Upgrade is easy...but not so to downgrade. That's how PM works now.

added...others have suggested that if you do an immediate plan change to the $30 plan...then the $35 will be availabe and you can select it but select Change on Renewal.
