I was unsubscribed from service and using up remain days of my three months plan, still being charged for add on. Need to get refund for add on after unsubscribing and remove credit card from my account

you can still use the link above to submit ticket
or you can use Chatbot to submit. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

I am unsubscribed but plan will expire in October.
