I’m 6 days into monthly plan and it says I have used all my data, but when I look into my data history it shows that I haven’t used it all.

how?

@chch518  In terms of the My Account not showing it correctly,  I guess it was just the cache issue 

Just try using Incognito mode or try on another completely different browser , Edge/Firefox/Chrome , and you should be able to see the real usage 

 

And for 6 days you used up all the data, maybe you can confirm with your device settings....if you have an Android

Android Mobile data usage page, just make sure you update the Start billing cycle on date to 6 days ago, (6th I think? it will then show you the usage from 6th to 11th), it will show you the usage as well as which app used how much

@chch518  - go by what is says in the summary on your main page of your My Account, this is normally most accurate:

Your data history may be incorrect in the snapshot viewing area. But if you download the information, this will provide more accurate details.

Note though, the data details can take 6-12 hours to populate in this area.
