Did you search on Find My to see where your phone is located?

Well that sucks. Had you already set up your login in the new system? If so then you can login and when it asks for the code you click resend code and you'll see an option to send it in email. Then you can use the lost/stolen function to stop the services. Then get a phone and a new sim and log back in and use the change sim function to apply your new sim to the account. Then use the lost/stolen function to restart the service and then put it in the new phone and away you go.
