Need help with transferring number

Hello, I received a text message saying there were difficulties transferring my number.

I had the new Sim in my phone by mistake. 

Is it possible to try the transfer again now that I have the old Sim back in the phone.

@Jason_C - when you received that text message, was there instructions on what to do other than posting here on the community? Here in the community we are customers like you, so we'd just offer suggestions for help. But in a case like yours, you would think the text would provide the porting number or a way to contact Customer Support to restart the port.

no worry, There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
