I would like to change to an esim, because my device is compatible. I am trying to edit the sim card number on my profile, but its not allowing me to. I am very frustrated. My services are on hold just so you know. Please help me with this.

@Mirabelle85 Did you already purchase the e-sim. If so did it not automatically replace the sim card number when you installed it? Otherwise why are you trying to edit the sim card number?

Please let me know if you have already purchased an eSIM or not.
If not, log in to your self serve account, go to "Subscriptions and Add-Ons", then scroll down and click on "Shop "SIM Card Now", then select eSIM, and then pay. It should automatically replace your current SIM Card number with your new eSIM number.

Original writer wants eSIM, you can get physical SIMs at Telus and Amazon.

You can purchase an eSIM via the PM website IF your phone acceptes eSIMs. You may wish to check first. However you can reach out to your local Telus stores to see if they have SIM cards or can be purchased on Amazon. Do not buy directly from PM as it will take a long time to get it!
