I seem to be stuck in a loop with the app activating my account and transferring my number. It seems me to a support page and loops back to sign and loop back to support 🙃

@Rach77 Best to contact customer support for help, send them a private message using this link:

They will reply via your community inbox, a reply will be indicated either at the envelope icon top right or click on your avatar for a drop down and select "messages".
@PrizmalEDM You can no longer activate via the website unfortunately, it has to be completed on the app.

Yes. I have tried the website and I am unable to create a help ticket because it sends me through the loop.

Ah that sounds annoying, I feel like the app has a lot of issues. Have you tried activating your account on Public Mobile website? Or reaching out to support to assist you?
