I lost my phone, I can't log into my account because it keeps asking to confirm my identity by inputting the 6 digit pin being sent to the phone that I don't have access to anymore.
Please contact me, I am feeling really stressed that I haven't been able to get help.
I made this account just to be able to post in the community because I can't log in.
I don't want to make a public post with a bunch of personal information so I'll send you all of the account details after I get a response.

"Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead."...why only some ?...do we know if there's a way to have code sent to email on request ?

and @Mikemmm
Not sure if you lost the phone, if so, use the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe

Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID and allow you to use Email to get the code
- Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
(!!!You will need to click Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email) - Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with support by direct message here:
