Hi ,
From last two weeks I need to keep pressing aeroplane mode to reset my network. On my phone keep flashing message no internet when I am on deta .Once I press aeroplane mode it's work for couple of hours and after that I need to do the same process again and most of the time 5g network available but keep showing LTE and data stop working. After pressing aeroplane mode back to 5 g again.

Try changing your preferred network from 5G to 4G/LTE to see if your connection is more stable. Also, reset your connection or reboot your phone and see if it makes a difference.
That is about all you can do on your end. Trust me, having dealt with this problem in the past, that is what the customer agent will advise you to do.
Ultimately, you need the customer agent to reset the network on their end and see if that will solve your problem. You should include your account number and the last 4 digits of your credit card in your private message to the agent to save time verifying your identification. Good luck
