@RakeshManohar how long you have ordered? usually people get the phone within a week.
So, if it has been couple days, better wait for it to come first. However, if you just ordered it today, you might still be able to stop it before they ship out the phone

Some of the time, there can be a delay between the time that the package is shipped and a shipping confirmation e-mail message sent. if the phone has already been shipped, Public Mobile customer service will not be able to cancel this order. Your choices would be then to refuse the shipment (if you can infrom the delivery person of your intention to do that before the person leaves the delivery location) or to return the product to Public Mobile.
