I have yet to receive my SIM card

I ordered a SIM card on June 21, 2023. I didn’t receive any shipping confirmation on this order and after talking to a customer service agent I had a new one sent to me on July 15, 2023. I didn’t receive shipping confirmation on this order either. What should I do?

Honestly I wish PM would just stop fulfilling their own SIM card orders. This has been going on for months. It shouldn't be this hard to become a new customer. I get esim is here, but that has many issues right now too. 

Your best bet is to buy a sim card from a local Telus/Koodo store (YMMV) or from Amazon. It's too bad we can't buy them at 7-11 or Walmart.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect
