Help please I just transferred my number from lucky to public yesterday and since than cannot receive calls or texts

@Jem1988  Sounds like porting was not completed did you leave the lucky SIM card in phone to reply YES to confirmation text ? No worries thou I’ll send you porting team number private message right away . Call then and they can re trigger the port request for  you
