It's my first time with Public Mobile.
Today my account is active, and waiting for agent help to transfer my number from Koodo prepaid.
Now I'm holding two numbers as I was told, I had to get a new temporary number instead of transferring.
Is there any way I could do? like reaching out Koodo or I should wait until the CS agent replies?

@Guieun You just need to wait for the agent to get back to you but
After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box

Wait for the CS agents reply. Check your message by clicking your avatar and click inbox.

you have opened ticket with PM support about the porting yet?
if not, open ticket with PM suport and provide them the Koodo account number
If you already open ticket, check your Community inbox for PM agent's reply. If no reply yet, message them again
