I just purchased 300 minutes international long distance
I am making call but it's not allowing. What matters?

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right or tap your avatar to check Messages if no envelope.
You might want to look at downloading a voip app something like Fongo which has calling to Tanzania according to their website. An international call won't be free but the cost should be relatively low.

1. Confirm you see that add-on on your account.
2. Reboot your phone
3. Maybe country you are calling is not on PM list of LD countries.
What country do you try to call?
