I havn't received $10 credit in my account yet. When can I get it?

Hi communities, I switched to Public Mobile last Tuesday and got a message from public Mobile saying that '..You've received a $10 credit!...'   but I haven't got it until today. When will I get it? Anyone knows?

Credit will be in your account wintin 72 hours.  You should have received it by now.

Send a private message to moderator for help.

 

Is it the referral $10 credit after PM activation?

@abclilly Should be very soon that is longer than normal I have heard of some delays but that seems too long. I would suggesting contacting a moderator to look into it as only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information. Click this to send them a message

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm
