Haven't recieved my sim ant put a service ticket in because i dont have order confirmation number I paid gor it Oct 10 2023 and still have not got it how do I get ahold of a customer service person

If you didn’t receive your SIM by the end of the month (3 weeks). Contact a CS_Agent by private messaging for a replacement or refund at:

@Seanpcluett , it took over 3 week to receive my sim card from Public Mobile that’s delivered through Canada Post. You can send a CS_Agent a private message & ask if you purchase a sim card locally if they will credit your account for the missing sim card. If you have Amazon Prime you can get one for $4.99 plus tax and get it delivered in a couple of days!
