I have tried numerous times to open a ticket but then Suddenly my password is no good

xxxxxxxx wants to close his account and be refunded since he received no Credits or Rewards

I will be helping him close his account

He has credits on his account I  put money into his account I was going to pay his bill

 

I have tried numerous times to open a ticket but then Suddenly my password is no good

This is completely unacceptable

Well lets see if we can help with Jack's issue of not recieving his rewards and/or credits. Of course customer support will have to assist with anything account related but we can help advise why they havent been recieved with a little more info. If you are having trouble submitting a ticket via SIMon then send a private message. Choose the second option below and read the spoiler.
