@Lori11 If the payment didn't go through, then select the payment tab and make a manual top up for "amount due" or select "other" and enter the amount due and log out and reboot.

Yeah auto pay.. but no service... it said june 14 renew date

It says expired the day before renewal but will renew and you will be good to go. The only time your account won't be active is if you don't make payment or there is something like an autopay error.

@Lori11 If it's your payment renewal date, then that's normal but abnormal messaging you'll see each renewal date, however, as long as your phone service is working fine, then you can safely ignore it.
If you don't have service, then if you see the Reactivate option top right of overview page, click that a couple of times to push any payment through and reboot phone. Another option is to top up the account with one dollar (payment tab) and reboot the phone.
edit: @Lori11 you do have autopay enabled with a payment card?
