Locked out?!!! WTH. This has happened to me repeatedly on numerous occasions. Even after I enter the correct password and only once, it says that there have been too many tries and locks me out. This is happening even with the Eversafe platform. What's with that? Why is this longstanding problem not fixed?

I am in the same shoes are you are. I had the same troubles. I am sure experts such as hTideGnow can help you more capably. I believe if you get through these starting pains, you will really like PM. I checked out other plans, including LUM, who charge you above and beyond their membership fees for data! Ridiculous! It is frustrating you cannot contact support unless you are in your account! Catch22. I hope they don't design ICBM's like this!

Thanks. but with my I.T. background I am puzzled as to why we need to use incognito mode at all. It should be straightforward - enter your correct credentials and bingo, you should be in. We do this hundreds of times a day at many other websites without resorting to these hacks. Mind you, if one uses multiple browsers, one has to go through this process all over each time. Just saying. 😜

can you try to use another email address to create a new account, and use only the app to activate?

Hi Jim - I just spent the last hour trying to sign up for PM - I created an account, and then I had to check an email - when I came back to keep creating the account and order a SIM, it made me login, then it told me my email was invalid and the password was incorrect. I've tried a few times - this is a really frustrating start for a (potential) new PM client!!! Any suggestions would be helpful.

I saw another member said the old member was not complex enough and got that login error

try to do a password reset.  Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode with the password reset and login
