I have not received the SIM card from last Wednesday until today. I do not have any tracking number to check the delivery status. I would gladly use your services, but I am still without connection. Can someone tell me when my SIM card will arrive?

While you are waiting for the SIM to arrive. You can use WhatsApp or TextNow app for free calling and texting on wifi.

It usually takes 5-10 business days. Some get it way longer or never.

Wait a week or two and then request replacement.

if you don't want to wait for the reply, buy it first and ask for reimbursement

Should I wait for the result of the check with PM? or I should write by myself the message using the given link? I can take today from Telus shop the sim. Because I waited 10 days and it's very hard to be without the mobile connection.

sim card delivery usually need a week but sometime takes up to 3 weeks

i would check with PM support agent and ask them if they shipped , or if they can let you pickup one from Telus /Koodo store if you need it quickly
