I am having some trouble transferring in. Says I have wrong imei. Where can I see what I entered and correct it

call the porting support team and they can explain what was wrong.  I think you should get the account number and not IMEI.   I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

better to use account number instead of IMEI.  

There is a number to call to talk to live support.  Provide them the account number and  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
