Hello,
I asked for my number to be transferred from Fido to public mobile, and kept the same. The inactivation was unsuccessful after a few days, and the company apologized and sent me an SMS after I issued a ticket.
however, now, it’s been days and I have a completely new number on my SIM card. The old number has been deleted from my old provider completely and I can’t access it. I asked for it to be kept but I can’t use it again. I can’t even log in to my public mobile account to ask for help since it needs the code from my deleted number…

Under where it asks you to enter the code you should see did not get code. Click on it and send it to your email or your phone as a call.

I already explained how I can’t message them since public mobile literally deleted my number. I can’t log in because I can’t access messages on my phone number.
