I have no cellphone service! Is there an outage right now?

Looks like several customers have outage issues the last few hours.  Unfortunately, may need to wait for repair.  See some of the other recent threads.  

As for the Android phone, it is likely locked to previous carrier.  You will need to contact carrier to get unlock code.

 @kitten1979 : LOL No!. It's working for me way out here in the west in BC. Jeez people. It's some kind of technical outage. These things happen. They're never convenient and rarely announced as a planned outage. Get a grip. Use a copper landline or payphone or voip.

both mine and my dad's phones have no service. I checked my sim card number it matches the one in my account so I hope its not sim swap fraud?

I am having same issue even on restarting phone comes back I m unable to see anything next to my network strength for sure there is something wrong in their network affecting all consumers.

Looks like a big time outage at publicmobile networks can anyone confirm back.

I am using public mobile with last 2 years. For last 30 mins I am getting No Service in my apple 6 phone with public mobile sim. I am in Mississauga Square One area. Any issue in connectivity ?

Getting no service on my iPhone out of the blue today.

Popped the Sim into my android and it kept asking me for an Sim unlock code.

I tried 1234 didn't work.

Popped it back into my iPhone and got 1 bar momentarily before getting no service again when I tried to make a call.

I can't text or call. No service it says on my phone at the top. Sometimes it says Public Mobile but there are zero bars. Never had this happen.

Public Mobile thinks I’m in the US and flips between NO SERVICE or AT&T. I can’t call or text as I don’t have a US plan. I’ve shut down my phone, put it on airplane mode, removed and reinstalled my SIM and NOTHING!!! Are there current issues? 
I need my phone for work, so I’m not a happy camper right now.

My phone stopped working today and said no service for 3 hours. Terrible timing as I was in the middle of interviews. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE Public mobile. I spent a long time trying to get help with chatbots that do not work.

There was no reason for this. All of a sudden it just turned back on.
