I lost my phone and got a new sim, while activating the new sim I got locked out of my account. Now every time I try to log in it says:
Idk what to do or how to fix this. Please help 🙏

As noted by others, you need to wait 3 hours before you can login and click on Forgot Password.
Remember to click on Change SIM Card and NOT activate your new SIM.

HI @stayweird you can wait 3 hours and try again
or you can open ticket with PM CS Agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@stayweird hi when you are locked out for to many attempts you have to wait 3 hours for a reset if it doesn't work then, you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH
