I thought my account was hacked. I SIM card is being sent to me mysteriously. I did not make this purchase. I need to send this back and need a refund. This SIM card has been charged without my consent. I already purchased a SIM card three weeks ago.

James, just contact customer service and explain to them. It is a simple matter. They are very helpful and have one of the fastest responses in the industry. Moreover, the credit card companies are really great about it.

Charged where? Credit card? Bank via Visa Debit? Your account here? Did you get the sim?

You said you purchased one 3 weeks ago. So, you got a charge 3 weeks ago and receive one already? You see another charge on the credit card?
If you see a 2nd charge on the credit card today, other than the one 3 weeks ago, open ticket with PM CS agent. Message them:
