I have been charged for a SIM Card without my consent

I thought my account was hacked. I SIM card is being sent to me mysteriously.  I did not make this purchase. I need to send this back and need a refund.  This SIM card has been charged without my consent. I already purchased a SIM card three weeks ago.

Seems like you were affected by the email error @JamesJurome .

James, just contact customer service and explain to them. It is a simple matter. They are very helpful and have one of the fastest responses in the industry. Moreover, the credit card companies are really great about it.

I was wondering if it is the same person...

Charged where? Credit card? Bank via Visa Debit? Your account here? Did you get the sim?

Hi @JamesJurome   Where you see you got charge for your sim card?  On your credit card? On My Account?

 

You said you purchased one 3 weeks ago.  So, you got a charge 3 weeks ago and receive one already?  You see another charge on the credit card?

 

If you see a 2nd charge on the credit card today, other than the one 3 weeks ago, open ticket with PM CS agent.  Message them:
