hi guys, 

 

my wife's cell stopped working this am out of the blue, no calls or texts. suggestions?

Looks like lots in Alberta and one in BC.

Somebody had a similar issue earlier today...after an hour, it was working again. Could be a local outage issue.

Log in to account to ensure it's Active.

Try the sim in a different phone to see if maybe the phone is problematic.

Let us know if anything helps.

edit...I gotta learn to type with more than just one finger...if I wanna get in ahead of @softech .

@cmcdonald7   I would first confirm if your My Account is status Active or not

 

If it shows active, try to reseat your SIM (power off, take sim out for a minute before putting it back and power it on)

 

If still fail, try to get another phone and put the PM SIM into it and test

@cmcdonald7 log into the account is it active or suspended?

 

Also was phone purchased second hand? If so check devicecheck.ca to make sure it's not blacklisted.
