@Sweet-69 - are you seeing these charges on you credit card?
IF so, are they, or the extra amounts, Pending transactions? If so, these Pending transactions may fall away when the purchase authorized. Then only the one valid, Authorized charge will remain.
If these are all Authorized charges, well that is unfortunate. Does the extra funds show up in your Available Funds area in your Self Serve account? IF so, this area acts as a credit, and will be used first (after applicable rewards) upon your next renewal. So you could leave the balance there, if this is the case.
Otherwise, only CSA's can approve any refund if errors occurred.

The policy of no refunds only relates to a customer change of mind about wanting a service or is porting out which would cancel the account immediately. In cases in which Public Mobile makes a mistake, they are obligated to provide a refund.

It's very unusual for PM to take more payments than needed, is the money in your self serve account? if so, you can just pay your plan from it, refunds can take a long time on PM (up to 4 weeks) as PM is prepaid so usually no refunds except in rare circumstances.

Can you provide more details regarding overpayments?
Are these funds taken from your PM account or from credit card?
You can ask for refund contacting CSA.
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click here and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. If ticket cannot be created first time, just do below.
- Send a private message to the CSA by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
