I was just notified that my data limit has been used. This is the first time it has happened. When I checked my account all my add ons are used up. I know that I did not use them as I did not make any calls internationally. I would indicate that data is being used during the night. I would also draw attention to an issue that there were phone calls made on my account during the period Sep 27-Oct 13. The SIM card was not in my phone as I was out of the country. There seems to be an issue with my account. I am not a happy customer. Please rectify this fo me.

hi @Feebabc59
for me, the data tracking with PM is usually accurate.
are you using iPhone or Android? did you check the data usage on the phone and compare with PM's own usage history?
and the the usage history, check again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to avoid cache problem and not seeing updated info
and also, keep in mind, PM only update the usage around midnight with 1 or 2 entries as the total usage of the day

Hey there, this is a public forum so we are not able to rectify this for you. If you suspect you are being charged for data and add ons that you did not use, i would message PM directly and ask them to look into it, you can do that here:

Try to access your account using computer. Use clean browser, incognito mode, clear cookies.
PM site has cache issue and for some customers might show incorrect data.

the "night data" is not a problem, PM only post data usage for the whole day on usage history middle of the night, impossible to add those entries throughout the day
how much data you have monthly? if less than 1GB, it still could easily got used up
but ask PM to help, show them your total sum and ask them to compare. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
or message them using this link:
