I have already ported out but bell says i have not asked for it but I am active for over a month

What happens when you call your number from another phone?

@Marie1944   So, you tried to port your number to Bell? 

Did you ever receive a text from PM and you replied YES.  Likely not from what you said

First, you need to make sure your PM account is active.  Put the PM sim card back to a phone

Call Bell and ask them to request porting again.  Shortly after, your PM would send you a text to your PM sim card, reply YES and porting will be complete within another 2 hours
