I have an unlimited calling plan and its active. It was working fine on the same device for months but just today after recharge, i am getting - could not make the call because you have used all your minutes.
Restarted my phone few times, tried the sim in another phone, airplane mode on/off but still cannot make a call.

same here I see the last post was in 2022 ,now it's almost 2025 ,I have use public mobile for several years now i didnt change plan and everything just fine ,but today can't even call my wife ,try to raise a ticket but the website just bring me to stupid ai giving me nothing . please help !!!

Restarting your phone will not work. You need to reboot your phone by powering the phone off by holding down the power button then wait a couple of minutes then power back on again.
If that still doesn’t work, it could be a provisional backend issue and need to contact a CS_Agent for help to fix.

@gdh hi some odd things are happening with plan changes recently something didnt set up properly after the change,if you tried those things with your phone it is time to contact a customer service agent

$25 plan with unlimited canada wide calls. I am not able to receive or make any calls.

@gdh What plan are you on?.. if it’s the 15$ it’s unlimited incoming but only 100 minutes outgoing..
