I enter the sim card number on the registration page but I get the error Please enter a valid SIM number.
Why can't I use the PM SIM card that was used previously and is currently inactive? It was last used in Dec 2020.

Your sim would no longer work under these 2 conditions:
You previously ported your PM number out.
You did not make a payment within 90 days from your last renewal date.

Porting out or letting an account suspend all the way to deactivation kills the sim. I don't think any provider will allow re-use of a dead sim.

Sorry, no. They are one time use. You need a new one and maybe a referral code too.

No unfortunately you can not reuse old sim cards that were activated / deactivated.
Order another (2 for $10 from PM direct) or go to a corporate Telus store to pick one up
