I have a 3g plan and would like to upgrade to a 4g plan, how is that possible?

I have a 3g plan and would like to upgrade to a 4g plan, but My Account only gives me 3g options. My phone is 3G/4G compatible so how can I complete this upgrade?

Thanks it wasn't showing the last time I logged in. I logged in again and I can see them now.

@RPappas did you scroll down? they have all plans showing without breaking into different categories 

 

Like the screenshot  I have, the 41.25 is a 4g plan 

 

or try with a different browser or try on  a computer

Hi that's where I'm going but I don't see 4g plan options, I only see 3G

@RPappas   The 4G plans are there, but they're not a separate category from the 3G plans.  When you click the down arrow next to available plans, the plans appear in order of price, so you just need to select the one that mentions 4G in it.

Log in to your account / Plan and Add-ons / Change My Plan..then arrow down to select the 4g plan that you want. You can select Change at next renewal or Change plan now. S'up to you.

Hi @RPappas   just login to My Account, clock on the Plan and add-ons tab,  and click on Change my plan,  and make plan change there

 

Scroll down the plan list and you will see those 4G plans there.

Please note it might take 24 hours for thr new speed to kicks in

 

And make sure you know the difference between Change plan now and Change in the next renewal date, select the one you want
